While we love the convenience and accessibility of virtual sessions, in-person physical therapy sessions can feel so special- but we wanted to make sure that you can feel the comforts of home while you are in the space!
Enjoy the cozy atmosphere that The Pilates Vault has to offer! Here, we will have access to private spaces for assessments and tools to help you engage in the practices that we are working on for your care.
We Value Flexibility
Some people prefer virtual sessions, while others prefer in-person sessions. We think both are great! We value the flexibility of offering both virtual and in-person sessions so that you can choose whichever is going to work best for you that week.
Planned to come in-person, but we got a classic Minnesota snow storm? No worries, we can switch to virtual whenever needed. We are happy to see your face- no matter the setting!
