Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
(she/her/hers)
My role as a physical therapist is to provide the tools and knowledge for clients to build resilience and confidence in their own bodies and enhance their connection between mind and body. Committed to providing exceptional and evidence-based care, I completed a postdoctoral Orthopaedic Clinical Residency Program and specialized training in pelvic health. With a background in improvisational dance and yoga, I am passionate about teaching clients how to discover joy through movement and ways to create sustainable and energizing movement practices. As a new mother, I especially enjoy working with clients throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. I am committed to providing inclusive care through a trauma-informed lens.

Value-driven work
Collaboration
I view the therapeutic relationship and rehabilitation journey as a collaborative process. I believe each client is an expert in their own body. Together, we explore symptoms and determine a plan that resonates with personal values and experiences.
Curiosity
I approach each client with openness and curiosity and with an understanding that each person has a unique story to share. Through careful listening, I strive to create a safe place for exploration.
Education
I value client education as a tool to support clients in developing an understanding of their bodies, reduce their fears and improve self-confidence. I utilize current research in conjunction with a client’s personal values and experiences, to align with evidence-based practice. I am committed to pursuing ongoing post-doctoral education. I have completed an orthopedic clinical residency as well as extensive training in pelvic health.

I enjoy working with clients who are attempting to reconnect with their bodies during the pregnancy and postpartum periods. Many of my clients seek help for incontinence, urinary urgency or frequency, muscle weakness and pain or fear of returning to exercise or sexual activity postpartum.
