Our Services
Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy
Work with a therapist who is passionate about holding space for you! We offer individual, couples, and family therapy for those who are ready to support their mental health. We have therapists who specialize in trauma, perinatal mental health, as well as teen + young adult life transitions. We work with folks 14 and up virtually (for anyone located in Minnesota) as well as in- person at our Eagan, Minnesota office location. Learn more about our therapy services here!
Premarital/Couples Assessment
We provide the Prepare/Enrich Assessment for pre-marital couples or any couple looking to identify and work on their growth and stregnth areas. Here, you will complete a thorough online assessment and work with a licensed therapist for 3 sessions to review your strength and growth areas. Supervision & Consultation
Kayla Estenson Williams offers both supervision and consultation for therapists. Supervision is for pre-licensed therapists working towards their LMFT or LPCC licensure. Consultation is for licensed therapists looking to make adjustments so that they can enjoy their career even more! Learn more about our supervision and consultation here.

We love the flexibility of virtual sessions for both therapy and pelvic health physical therapy, and appreciate how they can make getting care more accessible. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and are held on a secure platform.
